Graduate student searching for a long term home rental in the San Mateo/Burlingame area with my partner (consulting) and a friend (nurse) beginning in late August/early September. Looking for at least 2 bedrooms, but ideally 2 bedrooms + office space or 3 bedrooms. Outdoor space/backyard a plus.
