Why is the condition Fair?
- I dented the rear right door in Stanford's carpark and I had it replaced.
- It was inspected a month ago, at which point I had the radiator and coolant system replaced.
- There's an oil leak, but I've been told this is common in used cars and I've never had an issue with it.
- The front and back rims on the right hand side are scratched.

The price is a discount on the average between the estimates I got from the Kelley Blue Book ($6,300) and Edmunds ($4,000) for such a BMW at a Fair condition. Similar BMWs at an outstanding condition are being sold for around $10K on Kelley Blue Book.
