Hello! I (22 y/o) will be an incoming PhD student and my roommate (24 y/o) will be working in the area starting this fall, preferably moving in mid-late September. We're both alumni of Northwestern University. Our budgets are about $1500 each and we have been looking around and have a couple of places in mind. We're looking for people who are willing to live a tad farther away from campus (20 minute driving distance at farthest) to find cheaper rent or a nicer/bigger place for a good deal.
