Hi everyone! My two roommates and I are all recent grads and we are looking for another roommate. Our ideal move-in date would be mid-September, and we will be looking for a 1-year lease. We are looking for a house in Palo Alto/Menlo Park/Mountain View/Los Altos (within 20 minutes from Stanford). Our budget is up to $1600/month/person.
