I am a 32 year old female, working as a Visiting Student Researcher at School of Medicine. My current on campus sublease ends on 12th September. So, I am looking for something from 13th September to 31st December, with a likely option of extending my stay beyond 31st December. If you have any option for housing matching my dates, please let me know.
I would prefer a private studio apartment. However, private bedroom and private bathroom in a shared place will also work. My budget is maximum $1800-$2000. I would prefer females as housemate with no smoking and drinking. If anyone in the Escondido village are interested in subletting their apartment please do reach out to me. Apartment from Escondido, anything which is preferably close (30 mins walk or 15 min bike) to School of Medicine will work.
