I'm a recent Stanford grad who will be staying in the area for fall quarter and very likely for the full academic year.

Looking for a private bedroom of any kind that I could sublet through at least January (but in all likelihood through June). Ideally it would be furnished, part of a larger house with other roommates, and located near downtown Palo Alto, Cal Ave, or College Park.

I work in software and probably won't be at the house all that often but would enjoy occasionally grabbing a drink with roommates! I don't have any pets and don't smoke.
