We are a group of three working professionals (two of us are affiliated with Stanford) looking for a fourth roommate to begin a lease with by September. The current group is all female but we are open to any gender and we are all in our 20's. Open to rooming with anyone who is clean, respectful, and okay with cats.
We would ideally like to rent anywhere within Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, or Mountain View; preferably as close to Stanford's campus as possible within our price range.
Our price range is $1,000-$1,500, but we are open to discussions around how price is split based on room sizes.
We are already looking at a few reliable places and have some tours scheduled, we just need a fourth person for some of the properties we are interested in.
