I'm an incoming male-identifying grad student looking for housing for the autumn quarter (September through December). Move in would be around September 9th but can be flexible. Move out would be within a week of the end of the quarter.

Ideally, the building would be located near a transit line or bike route to campus. A parking space is also required for one car.

I have past experience living with co-ed housemates as an undergrad and they gave me good reviews. I try to respect shared space as well as I can and I don't have gender restrictions or preferences for housemates. I'm married, but will be living alone for the quarter.
