I am looking for a room/studio with a private bathroom minimum of 1 year starting from September 1. I am a female in her late 20s who will be working at the Stanford School of Medicine.
I am a very clean, tidy, and non-smoker person. I enjoy outdoor activities, dancing, and working out. I prefer renting a 1BR/1BA apartment or sharing a house with someone respectful to the other's personal space, clean and tidy.
I am also open to renting somewhere furnished together with a roommate if we get along with.
My budget is around $1750-1800 incl. utilities and internet. I would prefer to stay around Barron Park, College Terrace, or Green Acres.
