Hello! I am a 23 year old female looking for some roommates to start a lease with as soon as possible or by October 1st. Preferably other female roommates, but I am open to anyone who is kind, respectful, and clean.
I have a research fellowship with Stanford University for one year, so I would be looking for a year-long lease or a month to month lease. I would like to rent anywhere from Redwood City to South Palo Alto, but not much further since I work on campus.
My price range is $1,000-$1,400 for a single room. I am open to renting an apartment or house and open to living with multiple housemates. If you happen to have a housing situation set-up and need another roommate, I am also open to joining a group.
I am kind, clean, respectful, and responsible, and would consider myself a good roommate! I also have rental experience and established credit.
