Members of our scientific team are instrumental in inventing novel green products and contributing to their larger adoption across multiple industries. The team is highly visible within the company and with outside stakeholders, including strategic and industry partners.
Candidates should have at least one degree (B.Sc., MS, or PhD) from a leading university. Academic studies or equivalent experience should include a focus on chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or physics.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated and hard-working individuals who can problem solve creatively and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment. They should be capable of independent research, data analysis, critical thinking, and next-step experimental design.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills are critical as our scientists must be able to present results to technical and non-technical partners in a concise and compelling manner.
