I am joining Stanford University School of Medicine as a post doc research associate & looking to rent an apartment for a year long or month to month lease starting from late October/early November
- Preferably female roommates
- Preferred areas to rent include Menlo Park, West Menlo Park, Palo Alto downtown / south, but not much further since I work on campus
- Price range is $1,200-$1,500 for a single room
- Prefer semi-furnished room
- I would be riding a bike to work, so it would be good to have a bike rack on premises
- Prefer private bathroom, but shared is fine as well
- I don't smoke and would like to have non-smoking roommates also
I am respectful, quiet and like to keep my place clean and tidy.
I am relocating from University of Florida-Scripps Research, where I was renting, and can provide references if needed. I have a good credit history as well.
