I'm looking for 1 housemate to rent a beautiful house together in the Stanford area. I'm open to Palo Alto/Menlo Park/Redwood City up to Belmont/Burlingame areas. If our combined rent can be about $3800-$4000 and we can get a 2BED + 2BATH house with a yard! I have lots of furniture for the shared spaces (sofa, TV, dining table, plants, etc.) and can provide that. I also have one fluffy black cat I will bring with me.

In your early/mid 30's professional, preferably at Stanford but not necessary.
No pets (flexi on that if your pet gets along with my cat).
Male or female, doesn't matter.
Also committed to creating a clean and cozy space for us, treating it as a haven where friends are welcome but don't live there with us.
Want a longer term lease (6-12 months at least).
