Hello. I am a Stanford grad looking for a 1BR rental in Palo Alto ASAP, ideally an ADU. I would like to start a lease immediately but will be traveling over the Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's holidays and would be happy to have the owner make use of the space in my absence. I need the unit at least through May 2023 and am open to furnished or unfurnished. If you have any leads, please let me know. Thanks!
