Looking for a studio or 1 bedroom (good kitchen space desired) on campus or in the college terrace area for January-June 2023. Budget would be $3,000/month, but could go up to $4k if the space is right for us. We are also interested in hybrid rent agreements - we both have lived on farms and homesteads and can caretake for a place, cook, help with construction, gardens, animals, etc. Open to work/rent agreements if that may sweeten the deal. We come with references if needed.

We both got pretty screwed over by the new housing system despite being 5th year undergrads. Looking to finish up our time at Stanford on a positive note rather than living with random roommates in tiny rooms.
