Hello! I am a PhD graduate student at Stanford looking for a studio or 1 BR apartment close to Stanford (in West Menlo or Palo Alto), budget ~$1800/month. I prefer to have a full kitchen and on-site laundry. I am responsible, quiet, and tidy and spend most of my time on-campus at Stanford. No smoking/drugs, no pets. Move-in Jan 2023 (flexible).
