Job Description:
The Investment Analyst will primarily support senior investment professionals during the due diligence process. Key responsibilities of the Investment Analyst include (i) credit analysis and (ii) real estate valuation analysis. In addition to core due diligence responsibilities, the Investment Analyst will assist in key strategic initiatives including (i) industry trend research, (ii) competitive analysis, and (iii) business development projects. Prospective candidates should have between 0 and 2 years of professional experience.

• Perform valuations of potential real estate investments
• Complete business development projects
• Act as a liaison for the team and other parts of the organization

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree from a top university or college (additional consideration will be given to candidates with a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business).
• Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, accounting, real estate, or similar corporate roles
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.5+ on a 4.0 scale
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance and/or real estate
• Analytical, adaptive, multi-tasker, team player
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
