Salary: $20-$30/hour (Part-Time)

We are seeking a Rental Car Associate to join our team at Supreme EV Rentals. The Rental Car Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing trips, and ensuring our vehicles are in top condition. This is a part-time hourly position, with flexible working hours. The work days are determined by the rental schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Interact with renters and explain the details and guidelines of their trip.
Trip Concierge: Drop off vehicles at main locations (Stanford Shopping Mall or SFO).
Trip Manager: Ensure that vehicles are clean, charged, and document pre-existing damage.
Financial Documentation: Log expenses, process reimbursement requests, and submit receipts.
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Have a means of transportation, driver's license, and clean driving record
