I am moving away and looking for a female to sublet my room for 4 months. You will be living with my amazing female roommate who is a postdoc at Stanford. Her work hours are typically 12 hours a day and works every other weekend so I often have the entire home to myself.
House details:
-The room will be unfurnished, but happy to discuss if there are items you would like
-There is a shared bathroom, kitchen (dishwasher and air fryer available), living room, and backyard
-There is an on-site parking spot, covered bike-storage, and on premise laundry room (you are the closest unit)
-Utilities (including internet) are approximately $70-100 per month
Move in date is March 10 (negotiable). If you like the location and house (see pictures), there is an option for you to renew the lease for a longer period.
