- Location is a short walk from campus, Town and Country, University Ave, and the Cal Ave Caltrain station.
- You’d be living with 2 recent Stanford grads with their own bedrooms/bathrooms.
- Spacious backyard with a deck, firepit, and large gazebo — great for throwing darties/having friends over!
- Quiet neighborhood good for walking/running/biking.
- Plenty of street parking.
- Chill landlord.
