I'd like to sublease my full appartment to another female within the stanford community! It is perfect for visiting scholars/postdoc or grad students. The complex is located within walking distance to Cal Ave, 10 min by car from Stanford and less than 15 min bike.
It has a open plan kitchen, living room and dining area and a separate bedroom with queen sized bed and bathroom. You will also have access to a shared garden and swimming pool. The house is fully furnitured and the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and everything you need to cook.
Monthly rent is ~2600 (including utilities) but I'm willing to offer a discount since it's only temporary sublet. Hence the rent would be $2100/month (all utilities included: electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, sewer).
No pets and smoking allowed.
