I'm subletting my 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft in Cupertino from June - Aug. The apartment is really big (1200sqft) and has a ton of natural sunlight given the loft design. Location wise, it is next to Apple Park and is upstairs of a big plaza in Cupertino with tons of restaurants and coffee shops (including a Philz right downstairs!). The apartment complex also has a gym, game room (with pool table, foosball table), and various meeting and lounge rooms to host friends or to work. The apartment is fully furnished with all amenities (dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, AC). Price is $3900 (including utilities) but negotiable.
