Get trained by a professional gym trainer with 20+ years experience. The training is personalized, one on one and virtual (over a google meets call). The trainer will setup routines for you based on your goals and will watch your form/correct it as needed, count for you and make sure you never skip leg day or cardio. He's a god-sent and helped me a great deal at my time at Stanford. As a student, I could not afford the expensive rates Stanford offers. Instead, this allowed me to keep in shape and hold me accountable. Could not recommend this more strongly.
