It’s perfect with central location in SF (zip code 94102), great neighborhood (with on-trend restaurants, upscale boutiques, and more!), and close to everything (10 min walking to Van Ness Muni or Civic Center BART Station).
I’ve lived here for over 3 years and have no complaints about this lovely home. I’m looking for someone clean and can take a good care of it.
