Hi there, I'm looking for a sublet, lease takeover, or a month to month rent (will consider 6 month) for either a 1b1b/studio, or a well-sized room in an apartment with roommates. Need to move in by May 10th. Budget is flexible (up to 3k for an entire unit, or up to 2.5k for a shared space). Need in unit laundry and gas stove. Ideally unfurnished so that I can bring my own furniture. I'm a Stanford alum (PhD) and now mostly working from home but have to travel for work regularly. Thanks!
