Hello! I’m looking for a female roommate in a 2br 2ba apartment in Mountain View starting sometime in June or early July. The room I’m looking to fill is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Here is some more information about the apartment:

- The rent is $1450 (the total rent of the apartment is $2900) and utilities and internet typically cost around $80
- Security deposit is $1450
- The apartment is fully furnished. The master bedroom is also furnished, except it doesn’t have a bed-frame. If you have your own furniture, I can sell the furniture in the master bedroom.
- In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, balcony, and a free parking spot
- The apartment complex has an outdoor pool
- Located in a quiet, safe, and residential neighborhood in Mountain View. I’ve been living here for two years and have really enjoyed it.
- The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the Caltrain and a 5 minute walk away from different grocery stores and restaurants.
- You’d be living with a female Stanford alum who’s friendly, clean, and respectful :)
