We are five Stanford PhD students looking to sublet two rooms in our beautiful Palo Alto house over the summer.

The first room is available from May 24 - September 26. The rent is $1663 + utilities (approx $100 per month, which includes wifi and a bi-weekly cleaner). The room is spacious and has two big doors that can open into our garden, ideal for the summer months. You will share a bathroom with one other housemate. The room will be fully furnished.

The second room (Master bedroom) is available from June 11 - October 10. The rent is $1960 + utilities (approx $100 per month, which includes wifi and a bi-weekly cleaner). The room is spacious and has a balcony. The room has a private bathroom (see picture) and is fully furnished.

The house is spacious with a big kitchen, a dining area, two living rooms, and three bathrooms. It has a sunny porch and garden for BBQs, laundry, and dryer in the building. It is located a 15-minute bike ride from campus, 5-minute ride from California Avenue, in the Leland Manor neighborhood of Palo Alto. Safeway and the Market at Edgewood are less than 5 minutes away by bike.

Overall, we are social, clean, and enjoy cooking and hanging out together, but also like to have our personal space. We would like to keep the spirit that way.
