I am currently a Stanford employee, and I am moving out of California. I am posting on behalf of my current roommate, PB. PB is looking for a female roommate in a very nice area of Mountain View. PB is a clean and has a calm personality. Here is what the apartment comes along with:
-Your own bedroom and bathroom
-Shared kitchen
-Pool & Gym
-Parking space
-Coin-operated laundry
-$1225 rent + $500 in the beginning for furnished room (1 queen size bed, mattress, desk, chair, and 2 bedside tables)
-Utilities range around $90 (includes all utilities - water, gas, trash, internet, electricity)
-$500 deposit
-Lease is flexible, but looking for longer term roommate
-10 minute walk to Caltrain, Target, Walmart, and many more stores and restaurants at San Antonio Shopping Center
-10 minute walk to Stanford SE Marguarite Shuttle
No pets or drugs allowed.
