The dates of availability are June 19 - August 31 but we can discuss a specific term of lease. I will ask for a security deposit of $1000; it will be returned upon the end of the lease (assuming no charges credited by RDE!)
The place will come with the essentials such as my stocked kitchen with microwave, plenty of books if you're into that, cleaning supplies, and furnishings.
