A large private bedroom is available June 1 in a Palo Alto apartment. The bedroom is a converted living room. The room is 13’ by 13’ (bigger than one of the bedrooms!) and has a private balcony, laminate flooring, great natural lighting, and its own heater. It uses two layers of curtains as a room divider for privacy. You would also get a sliding closet by the apartment entrance that you can use to hang clothes or store boxes. You don’t have to pass by the living room when entering the apartment or going to the kitchen/bathroom. There will be three total residents in the apartment: one in the master bedroom, one in the living room which is converted into a bedroom, and one in the secondary room which is also available.
The apartment is in a great location, within an apartment building that is a 3 min walk to Cal Ave and a ~12 min bike ride to main campus! Groceries, restaurants, banks, and parks are within walking distance. Rent is $990 a month plus utilities split evenly. Security deposit is $333. Preference to those who can stay the full length of the lease (until May 2024), but can consider those who have shorter-term housing needs.
Females preferred. Current tenant is a Stanford-affiliated female in her mid-twenties working in tech.
