Hello! I am looking for a summer sublet for an apartment in downtown Palo Alto from mid-June (around June 17) to mid August (around August 12). The dates are negotiable! I would prorate the rent for June and August of course.
This apartment is BEAUTIFUL! It is located a 8 min drive and a 14-minute bike ride from Stanford and just an 8 min walk from university ave. The apartment is great and has tons of natural light, a renovated kitchen, an AC unit, and high ceilings.
The room will be fully furnished, so no need to worry about bringing anything in! I will clear out space in my dresser and closet for you. The apartment also comes with a parking spot and there is free washer and dryer in the garage. It’s such a safe neighborhood that is beautifully landscaped, I might add. We also have a storage room in the carport that you can use to store your bike or luggage.
Your roommate would be a 29-year-old, female postdoc from the UK! She is so easy to live with, super clean and respectful, and just a very chill easygoing person.
