The apartment is fully furnished, is on the 8th floor of the building (top floor), and is a corner unit with lovely views of the mountains/the Dish. It also has a sizable balcony that comes with an outdoor couch and coffee table. The floor to ceiling windows allow the apartment to get lots of natural light. All utilities (electricity, wifi, and water) are covered in the rent price. Building has an elevator and a shared laundry room with 10+ dryers and 10+ washers (it rarely is full) that is free of charge. Other features included: 55-inch TV, standing desk, 4 person table, kitchen amenities (including dishes, silverware, pans, etc), and ample closet and cabinet space.
