Hello! I am looking for a roommate who can help out with childcare for my happy and fun 18 month old daughter in exchange for free rent and a salary!

It is just me and my daughter, and we have a 2bd 2ba in Oak Creek apartments, very close to Stanford hospital. My daughter shares the master bedroom with me.

Hours would be 1.5hrs in the morning (~6-7:30am) and 4hrs in the evening (~5-9pm), with additional babysitting hours 2-4x per week when I work late or have events, and possible weekend hours if you want them.

Job responsibilities include getting my daughter ready in the morning and walking her to daycare (5min walk), and then picking her up from daycare in the evening, making and giving her dinner and getting her ready for bed, then cleaning up after her after she goes to sleep around 8pm. Bonus points if you're willing to make family dinner 2-3x per week!

All rent / food / groceries / utilities are included! Salary is $300/week with free rent for the hours listed. Additional babysitting hours 2-4x per week would be paid at $20/hr rate.
