I'm looking to sublet my room in our four-bed mixed-gender Rains apartment from Aug 22 - Sept 18 (starting date negotiable). There is a chance you will be the only person in the apartment this summer and would have the living room space of a 4 BR/2 B apartment all to yourself!! The location is very convenient - right on Escondido Road, one minute from Ray's and "far" away from the lounges to not be bothered by late night parties ("far" = 2 min walk, so close enough to join the fun if desired). The room and living space come fully furnished and our kitchen is fully stocked, so no need for you to bring anything besides your personal belongings.

When? Aug 22 - Sept 18
Price? The rent is $1277 for the time period. Monthly rent is $1438 and will be adjusted accordingly if you stay a bit shorter.

Due to Stanford sublet policies, you must be a Stanford affiliate. Undergrads are only eligible if they are otherwise eligible for graduate housing (more details can be found here: https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/sublicensing-general-sublicensee-eligibility). Also, since we live in a mixed gender apartment, you must sign another agreement (https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/other-sublicensing-policies).
