Hello! We have a ground floor bedroom available for a new roommate in the house we are renting. You would have primary access/ propriety to the adjacent closet and bathroom on this floor and can also share the upstairs bathroom with us (2 females). This house is big and furnished; there is a large kitchen, dining room, patio, living room etc. There is: washer/ dryer, AC/ heating. We are looking for someone who is quiet after 10pm (we are very light sleepers) and clean.
