The Institute for Computational & Mathematical Engineering (ICME) is looking for a photographer(s) and videographer(s) to help capture our upcoming research symposium, Xpo, happening on Tuesday, May 23!
The annual event located in Stanford's School of Engineering, begins at 8 AM and ends with a reception at 5 PM. The symposium features talks led by Stanford faculty, lively discussion amongst attendees, and a student poster session.
As a photographer or videographer, you would be tasked with capturing engaging content that will be used across ICME's website and social media channels. This event showcases the groundbreaking computational, mathematical, and interdisciplinary research being done by Stanford faculty and graduate students.
Please note: videographers may be asked to film short interview clips with the attendees with the guidance and support of staff.
We expect that all applicants have their own equipment (i.e. camera, batteries, ability to capture audio, etc.) and/or will be able to obtain equipment that they need prior to the event (i.e. rent) independently.
