I'm quiet and rarely hold social gathering or bring guests. Good lifestyle, no smoking no drinking (but open to a bit social drinking if roomates prefer). I don't cook often, but if I do, I will clean the kitchen right after using it. I prefer somewhere located within 20 mins by bike to Stanford campus, below $1500 a month (negotiable).
