I'm a 32yo male, finishing my PhD in June, and looking for short-term summer housing while I figure out a long-term plan on where to live. Ideally looking for:
- Start b/w 7/9 and 7/16 (moving out of campus housing by 7/16 latest)
- End roughly end of August/weekend of 9/2 (flexible by a week or two)
- Furnished (minimally is fine) 1br or studio, maybe a room in apt/house with a private bathroom
- SF, Oakland, Berkeley, anywhere walkable and close to bart or muni
- Roughly $2-3k/month but def flexible depending on location, space, dates, etc.
- Parking, laundry, etc. not required but definitely a plus!
- Down to make some friends and go to shows!
