The apartment is in a great location, within an apartment building that is a 3 min walk to Cal Ave and a ~12 min bike ride to main campus! Groceries, restaurants, banks, and parks are within walking distance. Rent is $955 a month plus utilities split evenly. No security deposit. Preference to those who can stay the full length of the lease (until May 2024), but can consider those who have shorter-term housing needs.
Females preferred. Current tenant is a Stanford-affiliated female in her mid-twenties working in tech.
