Stanford on-campus housing [studio] summer sublease
Where: Stanford Graduate Housing EV studio (more details online [https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/escondido-village-studios](https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/escondido-village-studios))
When: mid-June to late September (preferred end date is Sep. 25, but we can discuss)
What you will have: own bathroom, own kitchen, couch, large bed, and a very very nice long desk. You also have washer and dryer downstairs (shared with your neighbors). It is walking distance to all Stanford buildings.
Additional benefits: you can use my bike for free during the summer.
Price: around 1808-1880 USD per month and I will need a month of your rent as deposit. (I need to calculate the actual price after we confirmed the starting and end dates.)
Requirements for you: You need to be a Stanford affiliate (graduate student, post-doc, visiting scholar, faculty or staff). [This is the requirement from Stanford University, and I have to follow university housing policies.]
