-Extremely close to Stanford University (15-20 minute walk to the main campus, 30-minute walk to Research Park), California Ave. Station (3-minute walk), California Ave. (2-minute walk), and any bus stations (3-minute walk).

-Situated in a peaceful neighborhood (my rating = 5/5).
-The room has a private balcony.
-The room is not furnished but has carpet flooring.
