I am subletting my Escondido Village studio apartment. The apartment comes fully furnished, with TV, a portable AC unit, and cookware. You will need to provide your own sheets. WiFi, laundry, and utilities are free. The apartment has good natural light and is conveniently located next to the laundry room.
Dates: 16 June to 10 September (~3 months)
Monthly rent: $1808 (Stanford rate)
Deposit: $500
