I am looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished master bedroom with bed/desk/chair which has its own bathroom in a 2 bed 2.5 bathroom apartment for the months of July and August of 2023. Dates are flexible. Some basic information about the room:
- master bedroom with bathroom in the room, fully furnished with bed/frame/desk/chair
- central AC and heating
- personal parking spot in underground garage
- rest of the house fully furnished (total 2 bed, 2.5 bathroom)
- brand new appliances in kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large refrigerator
- half bathroom downstairs
- washer and drier in unit
- roommate is very respectful and not home very often (postdoc at Stanford)
- biking distance from Stanford
- right next to some nice county parks with great hiking options
- close to a couple of grocery markets including Lucky and Safeway
- fun restaurants closeby
The address is 1811 Woodside Road, Redwood City, CA 94061.
The rent is 1800 per month. You will pay utilities which is usually about 50 per month.
