⁃ 5 minutes from Fort Mason farmers market, fairs, Off the Grid
⁃ Clean laundromat next door
⁃ Easy walk to shops/restaurants on Polk, Chestnut and Union
⁃ Landlord is also the owner, really nice lady. Rent controlled unit
