It is also near the Stanford campus (2 miles, 30 minutes walking, 10 minutes by bike, according to google maps).

Rent is 2,295$, and utilities (water, gas, etc.) are extra.
My 1-year lease ends on August 1st. You will be offered by the management company to extend the lease for another year. You can also end the lease on August 1st if you prefer.
It is currently fully furnished with items in excellent condition (mostly bought new about a year ago), and I would love to transfer the lease to someone who would buy most furniture and appliances at half price. It is ideal for a single person or a couple (it is baby-friendly too) and has all you need to cook, work, clean, and enjoy.
The building has a laundry room with washers + dryers, and a secured, covered parking spot is available.
Pets are not allowed in the building.
