- This is including all utilities, electricity, WiFi/Ethernet, water, garbage..etc.
- There is a free Stanford shuttle bus which anyone would be eligible to use, just download Margeurite ETA Spot app for the full list and routes. The C-line (which stops at the studio building) goes straight to Stanford hospital.
- I have ~4 Zipcars parked in front of my building. Zipcar parking is free but private parking is $35 per month or $5.45 per day.
- I also have visitor parking options and street parking with certain restrictions (free on weekends, and free after 4PM and 2hr restriction otherwise).
- Location is 5 minutes away from a supermarket (Real Produce International Market), and 15 minutes away from one of our downtowns (California Ave).
- I have a TV with a Roku type thing which the tenant would be free to use, in addition to the laundry room (free access and use, you would only need to provide the detergent).
- There is a lounge area and a computer room.
- I have a bike that I don’t use that you would also be free to use, however, I would ask you to always use the locks whenever you park them in the bike racks around campus (bike theft is not common but it happens).
IMPORTANT:
1) I cannot extend after July 26th.
2) The apartment is booked before July 16th.
