Hi! My roommate and I are looking to end our lease early at our downtown palo alto apartment, as we're both moving out of the Bay for new jobs. The place is available July 1-Sept 6, with a possibility for renewing the lease if you'd like to stay there long term. (There is some flexibility on dates--- we can move out in mid-late June as well, feel free to contact!)
It's a very spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, it's got a nice terrace that looks out onto a shared patio, it's a 5 minute walk to the main drag of Palo Alto on University Ave. There's an included parking space, and washers and dryers in the building. It's a 10-minute bike ride to Stanford, or a 5-10 minute drive.
It's bright and quiet, the landlords have been relatively responsive, and we generally have no complaints. If you're interested, please let us know and we'll put you in touch with our landlords (they will take you through a regular application process). thanks!
