I'm located in the beautiful and quiet College Terrace neighborhood, approximately 5 blocks from the California Avenue Caltrain station plus you can walk to campus from here. Groceries and restaurants are no more than 2 blocks away, and the California Ave. Business District has an amazing farmers market on Sunday. Everything you need is in walking distance!
The downstairs has a full kitchen and living room with a television, PS5, and pull-out couch bed. The upstairs has a bathroom and shower.
I'm asking for $700 for the week of 7/1-7/9 (75/night plus cleaning) and $500 for the week of 7/16-7/22. Payment accepted through Venmo or Zelle.
