June 25 - July 15th: $800/week (can be prorated if you only want partial dates) + $1000 Security deposit. Total for three weeks is $2400.
I'm subletting my lovely apartment for 3 weeks while I am away visiting my family. It is a beautiful and huge space (800 sq ft). With East/South facing, you can see the high rises in Uptown Oakland. You have everything you need for working (I have a standing desk with monitors).
- In-unit laundry
- A huge and full kitchen with lots of appliances (giant fridge, gas stove, dish water, toaster oven, microwave, kitchen aid, etc).
- The furniture like the velvet couch and the velvet bed are completely new as well.
- This is an elevator building with secure entry.
- There is a small gym in the building as well.
- Transportation: It's very easy to get to on Bart (a 3 min walk to the 19th st station, and it is a 45 min ride on Bart from the airport, 25 min ride to San Francisco, 10 min to Berkeley). Next to tons of buses as well. It cannot be better located.
- The neighborhood is amazing, fully of restaurants, wine bars etc.
I love my apartment so much and I have taken lots of care to make it a nice place. Please cherish it like I do.
No pets. Great for single or couple.
If you are interested, please let me know what dates you need (open to partial dates and we can prorate the rent), tell me what you do, why you are visiting Oakland/Bay area. If you end up subletting from me, I would want to see some photocopies of your documents just to verify your identity/employment (your driver's license, pay stub, bank statement, or Standord affiliation). I am a Stanford alum.
Regardless of duration, please pay the full rent prior to 24 hours before moving in.
