I am a female researcher at Stanford and looking for a long term (for a year) female roommate to rent a beautiful 2B2B apartment together. Estimated moving date is between June 17th-July1st.

I found two 2B2B apartments and got pre-approval from and need a roommate who has a good credit score (more than 675) to rent the place. I prefer to have a private bathroom and keep the common areas super clean&tidy.

I am a clean, respectful, and friendly person and I would like to have such a roommate.
The budget will be around $1500-1550 max with all the utilities.

You will have your:
Own bedroom with lots of sunlight
Laundry in unit (if we both agreed)
Covered parking spot,
Bathroom
Walking closet and extra storage space
Dishwasher
Larger dining area attached to the living room
A nice balcony attached to the living room
